It's referencing "11.11." as having 4 times the same digit.

@molly0xfff In Canada Thanksgiving is the second Monday in October, at the end of harvest time. But, for years now, Canadians have been getting Black Friday sales on a day in November that doesn't make much sense, after a holiday that doesn't exist in Canada.
So now, let's just make things easy for everyone and blacken every day between Canadian Thanksgiving and the day after American Thanksgiving.

They've been doing "Black November" for several years where I live.
@molly0xfff It’s quite funny: a few days ago a load of Swedish companies jacked up their prices 10% so that when the “sales” came they could legally show the price reduction from the last month.
