No public money will be able to save them.
The others are walking with full capacity into the other direction meanwhile.
Those, who went back even a single step, will have to catch up again. And this won't happen.

thing is: this isn't happening and never will
it's not ONLY capitalism and greed that's at fault - but things that could correct the problems are broken too
TL/DR: having capitalism detoriate until large corps can buy legislation didn't help
