My wife just gave me flowers, I'm a 50 year old man and I've never been given flowers before, it actually moved me as she remembered my favourite flowers. I did cry a little bit.

@fesshole Many years ago I was promised flowers by a female friend when I was sick at home, it didn't happen. That's the closest I ever came to getting flowers. (I should mention that I subsequently discovered she was allergic to pollen, so I don't hold it against her.)
