My missus thinks I love Lego and often buys me the massive sets for Christmas. Truth is, I haven't liked it since i I was a kid and the models take up way too much space

@fesshole Open your facehole and talk to your wife. Explain to her that enough is enough and you'd love it if she tried getting you something else for Christmas in future. Make a list for her.
Now, the quid pro quo for this approach of course is that you put some real effort into presents you buy your partner from now on. That will require you listen to what she says, pay attention to her interests and learn what makes her happy. You'll be amazed how rewarding and enjoyable this process can be, like you've met and fallen in love with a whole new and fascinating person.
