Foto im Querformat. Blick entlang eines Flusses an einem Hafen. Es ist kurz vor Sonnenuntergang. Links und rechts sind industrielle Anlagen, teils nur als Silhouette. Am Horizont ist ein höheres Gebäude, welches halb die untergehende Sonne verdeckt. Die Sonne hat Strahlen. Der leicht bewölkte orange-blaue Himmel spiegelt sich im ruhigen Wasser des Flusses.

Ein Falter aus der Gattung Marpesia.

Die Grundfarbe der Oberseite aller Flügel ist orange und von mehreren dünnen geraden schwarzen Linien durchzogen, die direkt am Vorderrand der Vorderflügel spitz nach innen abknicken und die sich auf den Hinterflügeln fortsetzen. Der Apex läuft in einer weit nach außen ragenden Spitze aus. Der Saum der Hinterflügel ist etwas heller. Die Flügelunterseite zeigt eine hellgraue Grundfarbe mit mehreren sich über Vorder- und Hinterflügel erstreckenden orangefarbenen Linien.

Abstract shot of a momiji tree in Yoyogi Park back in 2010. All defocus and bokeh. Shot with a Mamiya ZD digital back on an AFDii body. Paired with the legendary Mamiya 80mm f/1.9. Momoji trees in our local park - Shinagawa Kumin Koen - bacj in the autumn of 2017. Deep reds, a little backlight from the sun and deep black tree trunks. Shot on a Mamiya 127mm lens I originally had for my RB67. But adapted onto my Nikons. In this case Nikon D800e.
