Photographing and stitching together composites, Vasconcellos condenses details of urban infrastructure like highways and parking lots into sprawling, all-over compositions.

C’est l’aube. Le soleil se lève, masqué par le tronc mince d’un arbre situé dans un champs labouré. Sur la droite, une petite route mène vers quelques maisons qu’on devine dans le lointain, derrière l’arbre. Les herbes qui marquent la frontière entre le champs et la route sont éclairées par l’arrière, et forment comme une traînée de lumière contrastant avec la terre sombre des champs. Le ciel est blanc.

Juste ça mais je l'aime fort, cette photo! Et c'est probablement à cause des lumières et de la texture en surface, ce qui est un peu ironique vu que c'est majoritairement du pollen et que le pollen essaie de me flinguer! 😒

Photo de la surface de l'eau d'un canal, au parc Majolan. Le soleil était levé depuis peu donc la lumière est assez douce. On voit, en reflets, le ciel nuageux illuminé (en fond) et les arbres assombris. Et beaucoup de pollen sur la surface, ce qui donne une jolie texture mais aussi de belles allergies à ma pauvre personne!
