Ich kann mich noch genau erinnern, dass man in der Vergangenheit Futterkugeln für Meisen und Co. aufgehängt hat und damit Sperlinge von der Futterquelle ausgeschlossen hatte. Grund waren die ungenügenden Flugkünste der Sperlinge. Ich beobachte schon seit einiger Zeit, dass die Sperlinge flugtechnisch hinzugelernt haben und auch an frei hängende Futterquellen kommen. Im Bild ist ein Sperling im Standflug, wie ein Kolibri, zu sehen, um sich an dem Futter zu bedienen.

This photo was taken in the forests near Junglinster in Luxembourg. It had just been raining, which meant that the colours in the forest had a natural deep saturation.

A few weeks ago, we were walking in the forests near Junglinster in Luxembourg. It had just been raining, which meant that the colours in the forest had a natural deep saturation. During our walk, we came across this "tree claw", which seemed to "claw" into the leafs and soil, to "hang on" to the earth. In post, resulting in this highlight, I removed one of the "branches" of the "claw" (on the top left), as it was slightly disturbing the balance.

Another beautiful little hike today, this time to Jack Point. And the to back it up. Nature first.

On the way to the forrest, we often pass a meadow with a fence made of old wooden poles. In the past, I already noticed that a mixture of different kinds of moss had turned the top of these poles into a little garden; "een klenge Gaart" in Luxembourgish. On the afternoon of our walk, there was quite a lot of fog. As a result, large drops of water had formed on the moss, giving more character to the little garden.
