Ich hatte Arbeitgeber, die hatten Projekte wie "MoMA" und dann halt
überall das Logo des Museum of Modern Art hingepappt… auch an Dokumentation die an Kunden geht. Kapitalisierung im Namen auch nur aus genau aus diesem Grund.
Oder anderer Arbeitgeber, bei dem auf Motivational-Postern gerne
mal BSG Vipers, X-Wings und ähnliches als Clipart verwendet wird?

Dieses ganze IP/Patent-/Markenrecht ist nur eine einziges Atomwaffenarsenal zur Abschreckung. Gegenseitig zugesicherte Vernichtung und jeder braucht ein großes Arsenal.
