Vllt. ein Extrem(absurd)beispiel dazu: Meine Vermietungs-GeNo hängt standardmäßig 2 Design-Blumenkästen aus Metall auf, die leer (!) schon min. 20kg wiegen. Platz für vielleicht 8-12L Erde und sie hängen im Regen.
Will aber Statikberechnung für selbst 1 Leichtbau-Panel. Clowns! Hab's ignoriert und einen Kasten abgehangen. Fertig.
I believe the firings and the AI have the same purpose: to get humans out of the loop of evaluating contracts. To automate the process of spending government money. To rig up a computer that sends taxpayer dollars directly to the broligarchy. And to make sure democracy can't switch that computer off.
Honestly: From the 2013 failure of healthcare.gov to today, the government *almost* learned how to build software. We were close. Then a bunch of white men in suits swooped in to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.
Maybe they are just incompetent. But I think it's worse than that.
I hear so many voicing concerns over Trump policies, saying "they haven't thought it through", "it will have negative consequences", "so many people will get hurt", etc.
It is the other way around:
They have thought it through, and the cruelty is not an unforeseen side effect — it is the objective.
You do not round up 238 Venezuelans, deport them to a foreign prison facility and shave them bold on camera by accident.
You do so too spread fear.

Ist ja bei anderen Filmen selten ein Thema, obwohl die meisten irgendwelchen absurden scheiß propagieren (Denk nur niemals über die Handlung irgendeiner Romcom Billigscheiße nach!)
Aber ja, dieser Punkt trifft voll zu… aber es bleibt einfach trotzdem ein guter Film!
