Taking my camera on holiday too. If anything, it’ll save my iPhone charge.

I’ve noticed it always has little purple colours around small details when you zoom in, not sure what that’s about.

It’s better for long distance shots tho (good zoom), iPhone for landscape imo

It’s less so purple here, but you can see some small colours on the edge between two diff colours

Not sure what (if?) the technical term is for this but still 😂

that's called chromatic aberration or color fringing

it's a fault of sorts of the optics and vendors try to minimize it - but that takes effort and sometimes more optical elements, so it's always a trade-off with price and weight.
